A non‑refundable government fee of €250 is required when filing your application. You may also incur costs for translating and legalising documents and for the B1 language exam.
The Ministry of the Interior must decide applications within 24 months, although this can be extended to 36 months in complex cases. You can monitor your application status through the online portal.
